After that the bike seat just needs to snap in the spring steel bracket and you are ready to start your bike tour. 南投縣921平價宅已經有十多年歷史，普遍出現漏水、磚瓦掉落等問題。 記者江良誠／攝影 分享 facebook 今年921地震20周年，當初安置災民的平價住宅122戶都已新上市優惠網站年久失修，漏水問題嚴重、甚至磚瓦掉落，影響居民安全。居民經濟能力不足難以改善，縣議員認為縣府應善盡修繕責任，縣府建設局長李正偉表示會盡速維修。草屯鎮紅瑤社區是安置921災民平價住宅，居民入住十多年，鄭姓住戶說，平價宅好康平台屋況極差，天花板漏水、牆壁龜裂，化糞池蓋鏽蝕破洞、屋瓦掉落，讓他們住得提心吊膽。. } }); } 南投市的茄苳社區林姓居民說，雖然承租價格只要幾千元，但普遍網路熱賣產品最近流行商品有排水和漏水問題，尤其社區一直沒有籌組管理委員會，連管理員也沒有，修水塔或電梯也有困難。尤其住戶高齡化，愈來愈無力整理環境，希望縣府能協助組管理委員會，提升生活品質。921大地震後，南投縣興建6處新社區平價住宅，讓災民租用並可以租代售承購，民國95年「921震災重建暫行條例」廢止，失去優惠承購的法源依據，南投縣政府去年特別修改縣有財產管理自治條例可以專案讓售，獲財政部同意，對受災戶是一大利多。南投縣議員唐曉棻說，受災戶大多經濟能力不佳，這些平價住宅縣府持有土地和房屋所有權，就像房東，對屋況管理應善盡管理責任，也是幫助弱勢災民。李正偉說，居民若想要購買平價宅產權，會協助讓售，對無經濟能力的災民或老人，則是讓他流行購物們繼續居住。對於社區公共設施老舊破損等問題，會派人勘查、盡速估價，請廠商維修。
EG市況低迷 中纖董座王貴賢：轉機看下半年 | 上市公司 | 股市 | 聯合新聞網
EG（乙二醇）市況低迷，報特賣會團購熱門商品價跌落歷史低檔，中纖（1718）董事長王貴賢今（5）日出席主持中纖股東常會，他坦承，去年美中貿易戰爆發後，大陸的網路熱銷熱銷商品買盤縮減、景氣明顯有下來。美國總統川普去年對大陸輸美商品加徵10%關稅，像是Nike等大廠都要求供應商吸收，使得紡織業的競爭變得更加激烈。王貴賢2018熱銷商品超實用觀察，目前整個紡織石化業的供應鏈，呈現「上肥、中瘦、下面還可以過」的結構，中纖從事的EG剛好被夾在最瘦的中間，目前營運比較辛苦。僅此一檔不能不逛現在EG價格根本不敷成本，中纖盡量少賣、甚至買外盤來交貨。. } }); } 展望接下來，王貴賢認為轉機看下半年，因為美國利用貢岩氣生產的低價乙烯產能大量開出，可能壓低乙烯售價，而乙烯是EG最主要的原料之一，乙烯價跌有利中纖成本壓力降低、爭取利差空間。去年前三季石化業景氣大好，中纖去年稅後純益13.72億元，較前年大幅成長73%，換算每股純益1.13元，創八年新高。今天股東會通過每股擬派發現金股息0.1元、股票股利0.65元，合計為0.75元。另外中纖今天股東會也進行董監改選，維持原班人馬。中纖董事長王貴賢。 記者曾仁凱／攝影 分享 facebook
